The US 10th Circuit Court of Appeals found in favor of the State of New Mexico and found against the Libertarian Party of New Mexico. This suit was filed in redress of the "two-petition" requirement which is unfairly imposed on "minor" parties by the State of New Mexico. We here at SJCLP.org are very disheartened to report this unfortunate development, but the news must be told.
